I have trouble getting rid of any of them, even if they're on a napkin or scrap piece of paper.

I love the verse you highlighted too. And I'm really glad you've chosen to join The High Calling blogs network. We're so glad to have you! I hope you find encouragement, inspiration and fellowship within our community.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3315061459562399201.post-85806737557215898632011-07-02T12:47:52.089-05:002011-07-02T12:47:52.089-05:00Love this and I should try to doodle too. Early on my cancer diagnosis he gave me this word from 1 Peter 5:10:

"And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm, and steadfast. To him be the power forever and ever!"

I can't tell you how many times I've leaned into that verse and spoken it over my weary heart. It blesses me to know that God is the restorer of my flesh; he is my power. I cannot move forward with my future without his mighy, sustaining hand and grace. Your verse reminds me of this as well.

I'm going to keep your drawing hand today as a reminder to me...

peace~elaineelaine @ peace for the journeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09675745465728814736noreply@blogger.com
