I wanted to experience that reality that I am a walking ark of the covenant.
It's funny how clearly God speaks sometimes. Especially when you are waiting long for direction in another area and silence is your only answer. But there it was and I knew exactly what He was referring to.
Philippians 3:12-14
Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
2 Peter 1:3
His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.
And this quote from C.S. Lewis:
"If we consider the unblushing promises of reward and the staggering nature of the rewards promised in the Gospels, it would seem that Our Lord finds our desires not too strong, but too weak. We are half-hearted creatures, fooling about with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered to us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at the sea. We are far too easily pleased."

Love the idea of a canvas photo print with our "words"; I know that God will challenge both of us at many levels to take on and live forward these simple words that pact a kingdom punch.
Keep to it.
